Ordering

How to order…

If you would like to order something please e-mail me with your request and the details. For beads and finished jewelry, you can send me the number which corresponds to the one you would like. For frames I will need the size you want along with both your color requests and the metal finish. Anything else you see or special requests and special orders just send me an e-mail with a description of what you would like. We will make sure that, together, we get you a piece of finished glass art that you are excited about.

Shipping…

Postage and handling will be added for all shipments based on US postal rates for first class shipping with insurance included up to $50 worth. If your package has a value of over $50 then additional insurance will be added accordingly. This will protect both of us as well as your precious new piece of glass art. If you would like your package shipped Priority mail, Fed Ex or UPS please indicate so in your e-mail to me.

How soon…

An item that is in stock can normally be in the mail to you within 2 business days. If I have to make an item special for you it can usually be ready to mail to you in 7 business days. If there is any exception to this timetable I will of course let you know. If you need an item by a specific date then please make me aware of that date in your e-mail to me. I can notify you via e-mail the day your package is shipped.

Credit card orders should be for a minimum of $40. You may call me or send your phone number via your e-mail and exchange card information by telephone for security purposes. I can also send you an invoice via PayPal which will allow you to make payment through a secure website online. This is probably the easiest way to process a credit card for both of us, but it is certainly your choice. Credit card and money order transactions will ship according to the above time frame. Personal check orders will be shipped as soon as your check clears. Once we have done business together and your first check has cleared any future check orders can be shipped out according to the above time frame with no waiting.
